Open thematic session proposals
Individuals and institutions are invited to apply to organise thematic sessions to be included into the main programme. The submission deadline is 21 July 2025.
Side event proposals
Science organisations are invited to submit proposals for side events to be held at the CSIR ICC in the lead-up to the Forum. The submission deadline is 31 July 2025.
Science Diplomacy Awards Nominations
Submit your nominations for the SFSA 2025 Science Diplomacy Awards. The submission deadline is 31 July 2025.

Exhibition applications
Showcase your science institution and innovative science research / products by submitting a proposal to exhibit at the SFSA.
Science Diplomacy Award nominations
Submit your nominations for the SFSA 2024 Science Diplomacy Awards, which recognise individuals and organisations who are making an outstanding contribution to furthering science diplomacy.
